Dear Praying friends,
"For in Him, we live and move and have our being" Acts 17:28
This is the verse that's been swimming in my heart and mind for several weeks. I know God is the author of all good things including the very essence of life - a footstep, a heartbeat, a breath or a thought. I am praising God for His continued help, strength and mercy to me!
My last treatment was on Feb. 13th which came and went without any complications! The "Miracle Nurse of the Universe" as I like to call her, found a good vein to receive the IV and I slept in the chair most of the day as I received the injection of the targeted drug therapy called "Rituxan." The best news is that after leveling off at the previous three treatments, this one yielded a 40 point drop in the cancer protein called IGM! That is good news!
As a matter of perspective, I began a year ago August with my "cancer numbers" at 2500 and now they are at 615! Normal is 200 or below, so it's like chipping away at a rock a little at a time. Of course, I absolutely know that this is because of the faithful prayers of our friends on the road and around the country. It is difficult to adequately express my gratefulness for your love and concern. Thank you for praying as God would prompt your heart.
My next treatment is coming up on April 14th. I'll fly to Denver from Indianapolis, stay for a few days and fly back to rejoin the team. I'm hopeful the "numbers" will continue to drop and would even dare to hope for a normal number in days to come.
Please pray for Steve and the team as all are in the middle of our Spring Revival Schedule. Sickness has visited all of us and we want to stay strong for the ministry in the churches. Thank you so much!
In His love and mercy,
Terry
